OBESITY- A friend or An Enemy

We live in a busy world, where we have no time to lookout for healthy and nutrient food. We just eat fast foods like burger, pizza, etc. These fast foods are not really bad for our health until we exceed the limit. If we do then we end up becoming overweight which is not good for our health.
Obesity-The name sounds pretty funny. When we were kids, there were no barriers for eating. So as we get older if we continue eating the same way then it may lead to many health disorders.
it is caused due to excess in take of calories and burning less amount of calories. Mainly people who work in-front of computers hours together and consume excess calories face obesity problems.
When our body contains excess fat it becomes difficult for our heart to pump blood efficiently. This leads to heart disorders.
Not only disorders but at very young age we may get in touch with diabetes. In early days, it was found in adults but now-a-days it is found in children. Obesity causes resistance to the hormones that regulates blood sugar and hence increases the possibilities of diabetes in children.
Obesity are causes breathing problems for certain period of time. People will be awake all night and fell sleepiness during the day.
Once we start felling sleepy during the day, we wont be able to concentrate on our work efficiently end up creating a mess for others as well as for us.
WAYS TO GET RID OF OBESITY:
- Regular exercise.
- Eating healthy vegetables and avoiding fast food.
- Avoid consumption of alcohol.
- Consume very less amount of sugar.
- Consuming more protein than carbs.
- Join a gym.
- Eat 5-6 meals per day.
- Drink atleast 8 glasses of water.
- Avoid over-eating.
- When you wake up avoid coffee.
- Drink warm water mixed with honey and lemon.
Try not to cheat while eating. If you cheat then it will affect you not others...
EVERYONE WANTS TO BE FREE FROM OBESITY AND GET SLIM .......
BUT IT ONLY DEPENDS ON THEIR EFFORTS TO EAT CLEAN AND STAY HEALTHY!!!!
