Water...The Necessity of Life

Hello Everyone...A warm welcome to my new topic which is the most important need in our daily lives......That is WATER! As we all know that water is a very important factor for our basic needs. If water does not exist, we cannot survive in this planet, Earth.
We should consume lots of water as this component will provide freshness within our body and also it gives us a healthy feeling and positive energy. Drinking lots of water will gift us soft, clear and glowing skin. It is being said that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. But, are we doing this? No, not at all. Because of our busy schedule we forget to take this beneficial action. But this saying is a truth.
In cities everywhere, pure water is not available. Rivers are contaminated with lots of toxins like factory wastes, hospital wastes like used medicine bottles, used syringes, smoke emissions, etc, which makes the water hard. There is the presence of huge content of salt in hard water which thus makes the water hard. This salt content is formed in water due to the presence of chemical toxins as being said before.
In most of the apartments in major cities, the residents are mostly provided with hard water. Only in some apartments, pure water is supplied. Many people are using hard water for drinking, bathing and washing purposes because they do not have any other option. But using this hard water will only curse a human life. If only hard water is available for drinking, then we should never drink the water as it is, instead we should boil the water for about 5 minutes and then only we should consume it. Otherwise, all the poisons in hard water will enter our body and will lead us to victims of several minor and major diseases. So, boiling of water is a must. When we use hard water for bathing purposes, our skin and hair becomes too dry and this will thus result in too much of hair loss. Thus, hard water will give us only bad results. It is better to boil hard water and then use it for bathing.
So, these are some of the points which I wanted to share with my readers so that they can take the necessary preventive steps being said to reduce these bad effects of hard water.
