1. Check your water intake-
Sip water regularly. Make it a habit. Drinking 2-3 litres of water is essential for body. It helps in detoxifying the body, losing weight and beautiful skin would be a plus. Logically if you drink a glass of water before meals (10-20 minutes Before), it will decrease your appetite for the moment and this way you will eat less calories.
2.Exercise and walks-
Making some tI'm for walks or for exercise is essential. Aerobics, Zumba, yoga, cardio exercause, gym, workouts, dancing, swimming etc can be taken as per the choice. Investing just 30 minutes a day can do wonders. 30 minutes for self betterment is not at all a bad deal I guess.
3.Avoiding sugars and sweetners-
Personally I feel, this is the most important step. Just quitting sugars in all forms for a week can help you reduce 2-3 Kgs. Sugar do no good to the body, it just make you fluffy.
4. Restrict soda/ soft drinks-
Soda and soft drinks slowly and gradually increases our appetite. They also contain sugars. So it must be a NO.
5. Include fruits and veggies in diet
Fruits and veggies are rich source of fibre. They also have huge amount of vitamins and minerals. They help in maintaining a healthy body. They also strengthen the immune system.
6. Include Protein in diet-
Protein rich diet is important. Pulses, sprouts, kidney beans, eggs, fish etc are rich sources of protein. Even you can add protein supplements in diet. Whey protein and soya protein are readily available in markets. It keep your stomach full for long and provide the needed energy as well. I prefer it in morning.
7. Chew food slowly-
Chewing and crushing food should be done properly. Carbohydrates digest in your mouth only. When you don't chew it properly, undigested carbs then can convert into fats to stay in the body.
